Vegan Pizza Bagels

  • 2 vegan bagels (no egg), sliced in half
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • ½ cup GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Style Shreds
  • 6-8 leaves fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Choice of desired toppings, including sliced mushrooms, sliced kalamata olives, vegan pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, etc…


Preheat oven to 375°F or heat toaster oven to medium/dark toast.

Place sliced bagels on a small baking sheet. Using a spoon, spread about 1 tablespoon pizza or marinara sauce to top of each bagel. Generously top with GO Veggie Mozzarella shreds, and any other desired toppings.

Place bagels in toaster or oven and bake until golden, and cheese is bubbling, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and top with fresh basil. Serve warm.
