Peach Cheesecake Popsicles
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup honey
8 ounces GO VEGGIE Plain Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 peaches, peeled and diced
1/4 cup vanilla granola
Add milk, honey, GO VEGGIE Classic Plain Vegan Cream Cheese, vanilla extract, and one diced peach to a blender.
Blend until pureed.
Fill ~6 popsicle molds halfway full. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of granola and approximately 1 tablespoon of diced peaches to each mold and then fill the remainder of the way full. Top with popsicle sticks.
Freeze until frozen through, at least 4 hours.
Serve and enjoy!
