On the Go Healthy Pizza
- 1 whole wheat or brown rice tortilla
- 3 tbsp of your favorite tomato sauce or salsa for a Mexican pizza
- ⅓ cup GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mexican Style Shreds
- Veggies of your choice
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Put the tortilla with toppings on an oven sheet. If you have a rack to place the tortilla on, that will help the wrap get crusty.
Cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
