Lactose Intolerant Vegetarian


GO Veggie! Lactose Free Cheddar Slices:

  • Pear + honey
  • Ham + cranberry jam
  • Kale + chicken
  • Salsa + egg

GO Veggie! Lactose Free Pepper Jack Slices:

  • Turkey + avocado
  • Pineapple + roasted jalapeño
  • Mango + spinach

GO Veggie! Lactose Free Mozzarella Slices:

  • Tomato + basil
  • Olive Tapenade
  • Peach + arugula


For each grilled cheese pairing, follow these steps:

Lay two slices of bread on a flat surface. Then add your choice of two GO Veggie! Lactose Free slices on a slice of bread, followed by the pairings choices listed.

Heat one tablespoon of butter in a skillet over low heat and grill sandwich. Cover and cook for two minutes, then flip using a spatula and cook for another two minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. 

Remove sandwich from heat and transfer to a serving platter. Serve warm.

Repeat processes with other sandwich pairings for delicious cheesy bliss!
