Crackers with Cream Cheese, Pistachios and Dried Cherries

- 8 oz container of GO Veggie! Dairy Free Classic Plain Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1-2 lemons to zest
- Crackers of your choosing
Spread 1/2 tablespoon (2 tsp) of cream cheese on each cracker
Top cream cheese with about 1 tsp of each pistachios and dried cherries
Top with lemon zest
Combine cream cheese with 1 tsp lemon zest, ¼ cup dried cherries and ¼ cup dried pistachios in a bowl.
Serve with crackers on the side.
