Broccoli with Creamy Cheese Sauce
2 heads broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup of GO VEGGIE Lactose Free Cheddar Block (cut into squares)
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine the oil and grated garlic.
Place the florets on a baking sheet large enough to hold them in a single layer. Drizzle with 2 the olive oil.
Sprinkle with the salt and red pepper flakes pepper.
Roast for 20 minutes, until tender and the tips of some of the florets are slightly crisp browned.
Remove the broccoli from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
